mod_h2 crashes on Linux 2.4.66

Ever since upgrading to httpd v2.4.66, I have been seeing the following backtraces in the log file. Ignore references to WAMP, that is a legacy naming issue, httpd is running on CENTOS.

Without information about the symbols, I'll guess that it is the crash fixed in https://github.com/icing/mod_h2/releases/tag/v2.0.37
