Increase default HSTS max-age in MDRequireHttps

The current default for HTTP Strict-Transport-Security max-age in mod_md is set to 15768000 (half a year) with the comment /* Minimum age for the HSTS header (RFC 6797), considered appropriate by Mozilla Security */.

The Mozilla ssl-config-generator tool increased this value to 63072000 (2 years) back in 2019.

Can this be increased in mod_md also?

EDIT: The website check at https://internet.nl/ also recommends minimum 31536000 (1 year).

If you want the time to be longer, you should be able to add your own HSTS header using mod_headers.

I do not plan to follow changing or country-scoped recommendations.
