Enhancement: Inbuilt syntax highlighting for IL output

File association is provided for IL output, allowing 3rd party highlighting, however no highlighting is bundled with the extension currently

Yep, it's already prepared in code, but just lacks a proper IL grammar definition. I have to find one :)
