Future organisation (once current changes on branches have been pulled to main) #8
Description
Eventually (e.g. once both branches are pulled to main after current stage is completed):
- move all .R files into either R or scripts folder (as relevant - or possibly an archive folder if these functions have been fully adapted into a different file that already exists in /R or /scripts)
- check documentation on each function
