Add custom hostnames/base URLs for all providers

Would you be able to allow OpenAI / Anthropic to have a hostname field too. I run local models through LM Studio which offers OpenAI & Anthropic compatible endpoints. But not Ollama compatible. @ierror

Seems to work okay.

I chose a model in LM Studio that did not support images and it throws this error. I checked the logs in LM Studio and it says that I need to choose a model that supports images.

Is that because every prompt includes an image of some sort? I hadn't attached anything in the UI. Just a simple prompt of: "Make me a spigot ring"

Switching to a model that does support images works okay.

Yes, LLMs currently lack true spatial awareness when it comes to 3D geometry. That’s why I sent the LLM images showing different views of the scene.

BTW, you’ve spotted an “bug”: We don’t need to send images if there’s no OpenSCAD code; I’ll work on that.
