Problem to write data

I'm trying to use the performance monitoring experiment (v2). When the write_data.php from commons is called, the code results in a 405 error (method not allowed).

I'm running this in a local host server (live server extension in VS Code). The error occurs both in FF and Chrome (both latest versions).

Any ideas how to solve this?
