EP-ANALYSIS+: grow the rule set (naming/casing, missing PK, untyped numeric…)

Add rules: naming/casing consistency, missing PK, untyped numeric, etc.

Added two built-in rules on milestone/m7-ssdt-parity (commit f734255):

• PG006 — table without a PRIMARY KEY (skips PARTITION OF/typed/LIKE tables whose key comes from elsewhere)
• PG008 — numeric/decimal column declared without precision/scale

Both Info severity (non-blocking by default), honour the same enable/severity config, documented in docs/ANALYSIS_RULES.md, tested. Full suite 25,044 pass / 0 fail.

Leaving this open as the ongoing "grow the rule set" track — further candidates: FK column without a covering index, varchar without length, redundant index, nullable column in a UNIQUE set, etc. (each needs a deliberate add).
