Stable release of the ImageX InstallKit.
Overdue by 12 year(s)•Due by December 31, 2013The first BETA release of the ImageX InstallKit. ## Issues to Complete * ~~Move codebase from `7.x-dev` branch to `7.x-1.x-dev` branch.~~ * Code completion that adheres completely to standards, contains documentation and has Unit Tests associated with it (where applicable). * ~~Remove the variables initializer hook from the InstallKit API. This functionality has been implemented into the ImageX codebase.~~ * Complete critical documentation within the Wiki (example: API handbook) * Contributed modules that are part of the `drupal-org.make` are filtered and cleaned up. * Contributed modules that are `dependencies[]` are cleaned up. * Update the README.md with complete information. * Ensure that all ImageX component codebases are moving from `7.x-1.x` with ALPHA/BETA and/or RC releases. This will ensure that moving forward we are not using *dev* code unless absolutely needed. * Proper release and milestone plan put in place (complete documentation within the Wiki) ## Release Tasks * Create `7.x-1.x` branch in which all code releases will live. * Set the repositories default branch to `7.x-1.x`
