Installkit & ImageX Release Format

Beginning January 20th 2014, scheduled releases of ImageX Installkit and all ImageX modules will take place every Wednesday in the format below:

1. Stable code will be tagged using this format 7.x-x.y (e.g. 7.x-1.0)
2. All stable code tagged for release will be accompanied by release notes.
3. Email will be sent to IMX Team List (or a new list created for this purpose) in this FORMAT.
4. Email summaries will be archived here
5. CHANGELOG.md must be updated with changes.
6. Projects should submit any issues to the related repository issue queue, and escalated according to severity.

• All active development will be done on 7.x-1.x branch.
