Add documentation for obtaining JSON export from TestBench

There does not seem to be a way to export data from TestBench in JSON format (only XML). Maybe this requires a specific version of TestBench or a specific plugin.

Could you provide some hints in the readme file that could point users in the right direction regarding generating the JSON file required for input?
