Investigate why listicle images are sometimes generated sideways

When generating the listicle images in portrait mode using dall-e-3, sometimes the generated images are sideways.

Reproduction

This was seen when I generated an image with the following fields:

• API Model: gpt-4
• API Image Model: dall-e-3
• Topic: demons
• Association: astrological sign
• Rating: comfortability
• Number of list items: 3
• Additional Details: I'd like the items to be about biblical demons.
• Generate Artifacts: Enabled

Additional Notes

• I tried adding text to the prompt such as "portrait", "generate right-side up", and others but this still sometimes occurred. I decided on removing it from the prompt so token-usage is lessened.
• I found that this may be a known bug in Dall-E, so it would likely require waiting for some fixes.
