Setup a MMDVM channel and TG for the user.

TS2 for single
TS1 for dual

Channel Freq (use 434 or 431mhz)

CC1

and setup the TG for the user based off them selecting them from the list.

Setup parrot contacts as well.

This would be a wizard for MMDVM/HotSpots
