SPARQL processor and directed graph processor

I may be missing something, so here goes:

• is this a service?

By that I mean:

• where is the SPARQL processor that reads the SPARQL text?
• Where is the directed graph processor that prints the SPARQL result as a graph?

I assume (am hoping) that there is a method to generate this hash:
L3jPjGWHnKeV76En5YSTPJBgrCbI9rqe4bpExVh0ReREv3a8Fe4ztj7RcipzjRXLLsFC0Qo6SAKkr0XFGwrSC4x3pOMcp28z

and then invoke the hash like this:

Hi, It’s available as an app on Android, IOS, MacOS and Windows and as an web app on all platforms. The app has an import function for CSV files. The Wikidata import converts the result of the SPARQL query into a csv file and imports it. The hash value is generated when you login the web app and share a database.
