Can't run generated SYCL programs

I tried to use Yarpgen to generate SYCL code, and I find generated programs try to access global arrays within kernel directly. It is not allowed according to SYCL specification.

Thanks for reporting. YAPRGen was adopted for SYCL, but not fully enabled. We should fix that.
