Armbian allows selecting etither systemd-networkd or NetworkManager, so I think we stick with NetworkManager for v1.1.0

NetworkManager is documented on our wiki decently well, and the nmtui CLI tool is helpful most of the time. Granted we need to see if it plays nice with the KlipperScreen wifi options.
