Provide a repeatable clean-clone local startup path using Ollama or an owner-provided supported API key.

Acceptance criteria

• Document the complete clean-clone setup path.
• Start the local system with aspire run.
• Run with local Ollama.
• Run with an owner-provided supported API key.
• Require no paid or hosted dependency.
• Provide a repeatable smoke verification.

Non-goals

• Operating a hosted inference service or bundling provider credentials.
