Description
We have a user that is used to upload dashboard configs, that is currently blocked because of too many login attempts (wrong config on new environment using the wrong password).
As I see it, currently the only way around this is to have somebody physically go into the cosmosDB and change the blocked flag of the user there. Luckily for this case, we will have access to it to do this as it's only TST.
But for PRD databases, we will not have access, let alone access to write.
To me it would make more sense if a System admin can unblock a user from the Dashboard GUI "Users" page.
