Description
Currently, the mechanism for users and groups is unnecesarily complex.
For instance, when a new person logs in to the Dashboard, even though he or she might already be part of the correct group, this person will not have the correct access until an admin clicks on the "Sync all groups" button.
Solution: get rid of the syncing groups in general.
