config.js File is missing

Thanks @leoz2011 I'll be creating a gulp task to generate one. For now, here's the format:

window.ionic.Config = {
  "name": "front-page",
  "app_id": "", // hex string - same as in ionic.project
  "api_write_key": "" // a long hex string - for your ionic service authentication like analytics
};
