Websocket hangup after losing Internet connectivity

After losing connection to the Internet the websocket connection hangs.

Steps to reproduce

Flashing device progress bar

1. Go to the Firmware Code tab
2. Disconnect from the Internet
3. Reconnect
4. Try to flash a device
5. The progress bar doesn't advance
