how to use this in android?

i downloaded the released file for android but i dont know how to use it :(
please explain o update the documents!

1. Install termux.
2. Unzip the usque file and move it to termux's working directory: mv ~/storage/downloads/usque ~
3. Make it executable: chmod +x usque
4. Run: ./usque
