Summary
As a GSoC applicant interested in istSOS4, I was looking for a public space to discuss the project and found that there is currently no dedicated category on the OSGeo Discourse forum. After reaching out there, the moderator suggested raising this as an issue so the PSC could consider submitting a trac ticket to request one.
Having a dedicated space would help newcomers find a clear starting point, make it easier for contributors to ask questions, and help grow the istSOS4 community.
