Process Sketches

DocStd contains two figures sketching the document process. These are currently in some sort of Windows Metafile; inkscape doesn't import them, wmf2svg doesn't like them either, so they seem to be a bit odd. And I'm not sure they are particularly helpful either.

For now, I have included them as lousy pixel graphics. That certainly can't stand. If someone manages to make svgs out of them I'd not protest if we keep them in. If we actually feel this illustration helps a lot, I could imagine re-doing them in TikZ. But my gut feeling would be to just drop them. Opinions?

I think there is benefit to the diagram(s) to illustrate the workflow in an easy to digest manner. Maybe doesn't need the details of how long the TCG Vote period is for example.
The 2 diagrams should be consistent in form (spacing, font, colors, etc).
