Add properties field to `expect-syntax`

A hash table mapping property names to values can be constructed by combining `syntax-property` with `syntax-property-symbol-keys`, and that can be asserted against with a `#:properties` argument. Another argument for the set of keys that are preserved properties would also be needed. If the `syntax-e` input expectation is a syntax object, these can both be derived from it.
