I have ordered two Termdriver2 devices and they were populated with wrong values for the USB series resistors. I write this ticket for everybody who have problems with the USB connection and how they can check for this problem.
The problem is that the value for R2 and R3 should be 27 Ohms but the populated ones have 270 Ohms. This prevents a successful enumeration of the devices when attached via USB.
To check if the problem lies in these two resistors they can easily be measured across the connections of them. If they have the wrong value you need to replace them with new ones with 27 Ohms. I used SMD resistors in 0603 casing instead of 0402 because they are easier to solder and the solder pads are large enough. After the replacement both Termdriver2 devices enumerate without problems. :)
