Adjust suggestions based on a Tailwind configuration.

The extension does not currently adjust suggestions based on custom configurations of the Tailwind config file, such as custom colors, and optionally enabled variants like motion-safe and motion-reduce variants.

In future versions, the extension should read a config file and modify or extend suggestions.

This has been partially included in v3.0. Extended colors added to a theme in the tailwind.config.js file are now included in the color related Tailwind class suggestions.

I felt this might be useful (especially with the added sidebar), so I didn't want to wait to release an update until customization support was completed. However, additional customization support is coming!
