Unable to install / start Javinizer. Any ideas?

I just tried to install Javinizer, but couldn't get it working. Getting this error messages:

Javinizer : Der Befehl "Javinizer" wurde im Modul "Javinizer" gefunden, das Modul konnte aber nicht geladen werden.
