Add an option to disable clearConsole()

Hello,

Thank you for this very useful plugin.
I'm running webpack-watch-server in a Docker container and I would like to keep track of the console logs:

• at startup
• every time a new build occurs

It would be nice to have a --preserveConsole option or equivalent.

It this just an ergonomic suggestion, or is there something special about Docker that requires this?

Nothing special about Docker, nope
Running containers with docker-compose displays output logs of multiple services on the same console. When my Express server app builds up and triggers clearConsole() I may lose precious history from other processes. Just an ergonomic suggestion, as you mentioned!

Ahh, ok, it wiping other output is annoying. It's worth considering removing the clear behavior altogether, as it does not work well in buggy terminals like some of the ones in Atom and I think Hyper.
