I am interested in creating a trajectory through joint CITE-Seq data (RNA + Surface markers). Is this possible with VITAE? Thanks!

Hi, one way to analyze this data with VITAE is to concatenate the RNA and surface markers, or their principal components, along the feature axis and then use that as input for VITAE. However, we have not tested this scenario yet. If you encounter any problems, please feel free to let me know.
