Rotating Tin Bronze Hoe Head after flip breaks alignment with guide

• a bunch of other mods, can upload list if needed but I think its a flip behavior issue.

Rotating tin bronze hoe head when pointing in some orientations breaks mold. First it broke on North south, then on east west. I am not sure bit rotating it once then flipping it once seems to be the fastest way to break it.

I have to properly record rotation order since 3D rotations are not commutative certain orders can break this.
