plugins crash the Brackets sprint 27

Brackets sprint 27 crash on launch with the plugins, without all works fine.
OS : Windows7 64bits

I am not sure Dennis or I will be able to address this issue in the near future as we both are pretty swarmed by a new job. If anyone else could tackle this, it would be greatly appreciated!

Error in console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'clearMessages' of undefined

Also caused by the new automatic init in ExtensionLoader, see adobe/brackets#4404.
