Dead Intel WLAN NIC needs to be physically removed from motherboard and case

The [Intel wireless NIC](https://github.com/jdrch/Hardware/blob/master/Dell%20XPS%208500%20Special%20Edition.md#wireless) is dead and has been disabled. Removing it requires opening the machine and unseating the GPU. This is tedious, and so will probably be done the next time the GPU has to be removed (historically, about once per year.)
