EasyMesh doesn't handle segments that cross the domain boundary very well. It also has problems if the end of a segment is very close to another segment (creates elements that fall outside the domain).
By automatically clipping all layers with the boundary polygon, these problems could be avoided.
Should be able to use the standard fTools plugin for this.
