meshes with holes

Near as I can tell, trying to generate a mesh from a polygon that has a hole in the middle of it doesn't work properly; there are triangles inside the holes. I can manually select and delete them, but that's a little tedious.

You're absolutely right, thanks for the heads up! This is a regression caused by code changes designed to remove the reliance on the newest Shapely library. In the process of updating to QGIS 2.0, Shapely won't be used at all, and this should be fixed.
