Pagination function and per-column filtering

Hi,

First of all, this is beautiful and exactly what I hope the Material 2 component turns out to be.

I see that there are callbacks on sorting and filtering. Is there someway to incorporate a pagination callback as well? For server-side pagination?

Also, can the filtering function be extended to a per-column filter? Maybe via the header-template?
