Problems after reboot

I am running Node-RED on a Raspberry Pi 4 with openhabian 2.5.3-1. I am using the node 'node-red-contrib-mios', which seems to do exactly what I need. I have a problem however, when I reboot. The node seems to output a corrupted payload. When I restart node-RED or deploy the nodes again, the problem resolves. If I disable node-RED and start it manually some time after a reboot, all is well. Thoughts?

Did you find any resolution to this? I believe I have the same issue with Ubuntu. Everything works great except after a reboot. The Mios node will say connected, but it is not. If I delete the server, replace it with the exact same info, and re-deploy everything works fine again. I appreciate the help.
