clicking setup with arma 3 tools to reset the tools location, does not show any diaglogue, to tell you if it has worked. (Perhaps a popup with the p: drive location would be useful?

Launching tools directly from Steam seems also broken (the link ask Steam to launch the tools). Bohemia might have changed something for new users. Issue #282 is likely related. Maybe the way the tools are installed have changed for fresh installs.

Issue is on Steam side : sometimes it spin up infinitely installing MSVC runtime.
