Microsoft .dll error: There is an error in XML document (2,2)

Help, I don't know how to fix this, I've tried many different apps only a couple have worked, the rest threw the error: "Microsoft .dll error: There is an error in XML document (2,2)" sometimes with different numbers. This occurs on appx files and appxbundle files that i've bundled or downloaded from many different sources.
