Looking for help: 4FSK implementation on ST32M / CMX994 / LMX2572LP

Dear community members,

reading the Welcome Post which says it's OK to "engage with community" members, I'd like to ask my question here. In case my question is unwanted, please feel free to delete it, I apologize in this case.

I'm looking for someone who is willing and able to implement a 4FSK software modem into an already existing hardware radio platform (ST32M as µC, CMX994 as receiver, LMX2572LP as synth/modulator). We have an already working 2400 bit FFSK modem, but we need to enhance it to use 4FSK (9600 bps @12.5kHz BW, 19200 bps@25 kHz BW) if possible. It's a paid job.
