Add streaming capabilites to SX126x chips

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While currently it's possible to use streaming only on SX127x and SX1231 chips, according to AN1200.53 it should be possible to somewhat add this functionality, though at cost of preamble length.

Implement streaming capabilities to Radiolib.
Semtech has provided example code for both transmitter and receiver with datasheet that includes flow charts and detailed description.

I'm aware of the app note, and at one point even tried to implement it. However I had some issues and it never went anywhere. So maybe it is time to revisit the topic.
