Currently, the algorithm doesn't account for spacing paragraphs or indentation.
For indents, when a paragraph splits across pages, it shouldn't keep the first-line indent, but would keep any other indenting.
Paragraph spacing should work except when a paragrpah breaks across page boundaries.
When that happens, the lower padding/margin of the trailing paragraph should be zero, and the initial paragraph on the next page's top margin/padding should be zero.
