K2 services link are not working

Hello @jibon57 ,
I am using this API to retrieve k2 items of my site. the problem is that I am getting empty brackets in the output json file. what would be the problem?

Locally it is working fine, but on live server I am facing this issue on two k2 services (single item and items in category). 

can you help to solve it?
