Improve ssh-agent experience

Having to run ssh-agent to add keys is very annoying. Can we eliminate the need to use ssh-agent or else auto run it?

I think we should just create a .bashrc file in our docker images that starts ssh-agent and also checks for the key and automatically adds it.

We can use the file /etc/bash.bashrc to create a system wide default. We don't want to use ${HOME}/.bashrc because we will mount a PVC on /home which would overwrite whatever was baked into the container.
