3 INVALID_ARGUMENT: Page size must be nonnegative.

hi

when i run firestore-export to us-central environment it works s usual, but when i run to frankfurt environment
i get the error "3 INVALID_ARGUMENT: Page size must be nonnegative." i am using an old version 0.14.0 for almost 5 years!
this error started recently, i did not do any updates.. the firestore-import work as usual..
i am using the CLI o run the command..

Ok, I've just cloned the repo and updated firebase dependencies to the latest versions as follows:
"@google-cloud/firestore": "^7.11.3",
"firebase-admin": "^13.4.0",

Then, if I run node firestore-export.js --accountCredentials myCredentials.json --prettyPrint --backupFile myDatabase.json from dist\bin it works as expected. The problem seems to be in getting collectionRef.listDocuments() in safelyGetDocumentReferences() of firestore-helpers.ts. Did not test other commands yet.
