CSV files dumped by default

After running mysqltuner.pl without the --dumpdir option,
a directory named 0 is created with raw_mysqltuner.txt and 244 *.csv files.

No this is not a bug this is a feature :)

From README.md
Usage: Dumping all information_schema and sysschema views as csv file into results subdirectory

perl mysqltuner.pl --verbose --dumpdir=./result

according to documentation this option take a directory as value

So 0 means no otpion is pushed

in this case dump-dir without any value should display an error and exit gently

I consider slowly dumping hundreds of files into a subdirectory named 0 when the --dumpdir option was not specified to be unexpected behavior.
