  To get a better handle on the appropriate abstraction Flight Level, the following resources need to be implemented: Users: https://developer.github.com/v3/users/ Users Emails: https://developer.github.com/v3/users/emails/ Orgs: https://developer.github.com/v3/orgs/ Orgs Collaborators: https://developer.github.com/v3/orgs/outside_collaborators/ This should give us a fairly good snapshot of what can be abstracted away versus needs to be implemented per command.
