Unable to remove entries listed in a file

I try to remove from the hosts file specific entries listed in some hosts template file:

```command-line
hostman remove --input-file hosts-to-remove.txt
```
... but nothing happens (literally, `hostman` says nothing and makes no changes in the hosts file). 

It seems to me that it is a bug, but I may be mistaken.
