Services Cost Request

Right now you have to place the yearly cost of the service. I would like to see if we can have it setup to look at monthly cost X user count with option to override if you dont update often.

Cost records are very rudimentary at the moment. I like this approach and want to automate more of that part. I'll think about something in the coming weeks.
