Problems loading file

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. follow basic steps to load mar2300 file
   2.
   3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the file to be loaded into the program. Instead I get a "loading"
statement at the bottom of the program and then it crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I tried all three of the windows programs and this issue continued to occur.

Please provide any additional information below.
