Dispatcher not running in official golang:latest image

Hello,
Dispatcher.go is not running on the official golang Docker image. It prints "Listening on port 80" then shuts itself without throwing an error.
It runs well, as root, on a Linux VM.

static folder is in the same path of course.

Any idea?
